Natural Peru Coyona
Natural Peru Coyona
This coffee is the result of farmers in Coyona, Peru returning to traditional methods—with a little encouragement from roasters like us. Instead of pulping and washing the beans right away, the cherries are dried whole, saving water and bringing out big, fruit-forward flavor. It’s called natural processing, and in this case, it lives up to the name in all the right ways.
We’re proud to be part of the group that helped support this shift, bringing natural process coffees back into the spotlight where they belong.
Tasting notes: candied strawberry, chocolate, orange zest, and raspberry jam. Bright and sweet with a delicate body, this cup feels like dessert—but without the sugar crash.
