Honeyed Honduras
Honeyed Honduras
Honey process coffees get their name from the bit of fruit left on the bean as it dries—adding a touch of natural sweetness and a softer, rounder texture to the final cup.
This light-roasted single origin from COMSA in Marcala, Honduras highlights the best of that method. It’s balanced and velvety, with a smooth mouthfeel and a finish that lingers just long enough to make you want another sip.
Tasting notes: peach and brown sugar. A gentle sweetness, a little stone fruit brightness, and a polished finish that makes this one easy to come back to—no sugar or milk required.
