If our espresso were a person, it would be Hugh Jackman or Lady Gaga because, like them, it's a triple threat. Instead of acting, singing, and dancing, our espresso entertains all of your senses with a smooth, creamy body, and enough kick to be enjoyed alone or to stand up to steamed milk in a latte.
We roast and toast this as they do on the West Coast: lighter to bring out the flavor without adding too much char, which would overpower the beans' natural richness.
Taste notes of Blueberry, Vanilla, and Dark Chocolate. Washed and natural process coffees blended for espresso extraction.
